Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

Somethings you never write about some things can’t be written about and some things you find hard to write about . Some things are better left unsaid. 🧐

What makes you nervous?

I’m a thinker so I don’t put myself in position to be nervous or get nervous but I’m a thinker so I’m thinking not being nervous.  Cause there’s always something that’s going on and when you have a active brain, you just constantly thinking of different ways and thinking of different solutions and then you add those always together and then you get some form of answer without going around being nervous about really nothing to be nervous about it is or it’s not that’s always gonna be the problem it is it’s not.

How do you unwind after a demanding day?

Come home and chill. Read a good book. Check out the Internet and take a nap.. That’s keeping it real.

How do you use social media?

Promoting knowledge through social media, the good the bad and the ugly. Trying to help people reach their full potential within themselves. Discussing topics that makes sense and not a bunch of drama that you constantly see on television . the bottom line is to reach the people and know that I care for the people .

Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.

I once ran into a person who is homeless. I was coming out of paying my gas bill and it was a homeless lady who was pretty much camped out in front of this rental center, it was around 330 in the afternoon and when I came out, I went over to the lady to offer her some money because she needed some money for some water or something to drink. I think it was water, but I whipped out the money to give to her and she wouldn’t take the money.

So I continue to try to give her the money and tell her that it was OK but the lady never took the money and this wasn’t like a dollar or two dollars and she looked at me told me to get out of here told me she didn’t need nothing, And I thought that was so strange because I wasn’t trying to do it to be funny. I was doing it because she needed some money to tell me she didn’t need any in my mind. Maybe I was wrong but to be camped out in front of the store during late afternoon is kind of strange and nobody else was giving her a walk by and saying anything or even trying to offer, but I was trying to offer. I just thought that was a strange encounter.

Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.

I’ve became a life coach back in 2019 because of a  decision made based on e-learning instead of listening to a bunch of people who didn’t know if they were talking about.

What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?

I know with all the great things and what Mississippi actually means in stands for, the great rivers, and all that stuff is nice.

With the history of prejudice,Racial bad vibes I just can’t see myself ever going to Mississippi.

 The ratio hate down in Mississippi may not be as bad as it used to be, but it’s still there.

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

What is your favorite restaurant?

I’ve eaten at others that I like, but none more than the cheesecake factory. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. That’s why I love the cheesecake factory. And being by the marina don’t hurt either I love looking at the water .

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Standing tall is still speaking for the people in ways that the people can’t speak for themselves. And always unafraid.. and that’s what I see for myself for the next 10 years. and possibly living in another country. Just keeping it short and SWEET 👍🏾.

What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

The number one joy that should bring anybody happiness is when God allows them to wake up. After that anything is possible so really there is only one thing that is the number one thing is when God wakes you up and gives you the chance to be happy.

Describe something you learned in high school.

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

 Over the years I’ve learned to understand people much better. That’s the biggest change that I’ve made in life is to understand people. That way you get a better reading of the people you’re dealing with. 

Exercise for Fun

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Exercise for fun is to stay focus on the task at hand. And that means fun or no fun.

What book could you read over and over again?

I’ve been reading this book since 2002. Over and over.

If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?

I love myself. So I try not to be or want to be like others but myself because I’m in the image of God, so therefore I don’t need to try to be fictional characters. I just need to buckle down and do what I’m supposed to do.

What animals make the best/worst pets?

Dog is man’s best friend. What more can you say dogs make the best pets everything else not sure. Dog has been around as long as mankind.

What job would you do for free?

Helping people is a passion. So it would be a job I would do for free. If people thought about helping people, it would be better for the world as a whole if we just wanted to help people and stop being so cynical people about themselves more so than anything outside of money and that’s why the world is in the condition that it’s in today helping people just seems to be something that people Would just rather do secondary.

What Olympic sports do you enjoy watching the most?

My favorite events in the Olympics are track and field and track and field. But I do love the history and the atmosphere of the Olympics. I was able to attend some of the events at the Los Angeles Colosseum back in 1984 and that was a glorious time And experience I’ll never forget. The highlight of the 84 Olympics was Carl Lewis, and Mary Lou Redman. Those were the biggest winners for the 84 Olympics.

How would you improve your community?

Sometimes when bad habits form, you must take it back to the basics. In some communities, you may can tweet some issues and get the community back on track and sometimes you just need to take it all the way back to the basics and start all over again, my neighborhood needs to be tweaked, but if you took it back and started all over again, that would work as well.

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

I was always cautious during an after the Covid pandemic. Then there came a time when I wasn’t wearing my mask and I don’t wear my mask as frequent as I should, but I was always cautious because now Kovic is starting to pick up again and it’s time to start really paying more attention, and not hanging out or being around big crowd because when you’re dealing with a lot of crowds, you never know who has what so I gotta be more cautious and go back to the cautious stage of not being around so many people considering that Kovic is on its way back.

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

No rituals because every day is a different day so nothing is really repeated within the first few hours of my day because it’s a new day so you wanna perform something different or do something different each and every day.

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

God makes everyone different in his own way. So just being, yourself makes you different. No matter how you see it or say it. The aspects of people are very different from the Ears to the Toes. Short and sweet👍🏾

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

I would love for a state to be named after me and we would call it Renell State of peace. I believe we should have one state out of 50 that is all about peace no strife no drama just peace. But I know that could never happen not in this day and time which so much animosity drama Wars, rumors of wars and just uncertainties across this world as well as this particular land the United States.

But it’s still nice to say Renell’s state of peace👌🏾.

What makes me laugh? Things that are funny. It’s could be people or just a funny moment.
